This commitment entails ongoing and consistent education in order to stay up-to-date on trauma and shock-related research. My approach to working with you is gentle, attentive, and filled with compassion. I incorporate gentle practices that prioritize the well-being of your nervous system, ensuring a gradual and supportive process.
However, if I ever believe that you might benefit from more profound trauma work with a therapist—an area outside my scope of practice—I am committed to assisting you in finding the support you need. Making mistakes in our interactions with others is natural, but what truly matters is our willingness to mend the relationship.
Just like any relationship, it's only natural that occasional issues may arise; we are, after all, only human. These can be wonderful opportunities to practice repair. For this, I aim to create a space where you can voice any concerns or problems, no matter how uncomfortable they might feel. And I will always do my best to listen and learn.

The Starter Pack
This is where we begin.
Commitment-free, an opportunity to get to know each other…
I believe it can take a few sessions to decide if you want to dive deep with somebody.
And because of this, the first three sessions you do with me are commitment-free and at a discounted rate.
This gives us plenty of time to get to know each other and to decide if we want to continue working together.
Please note, to qualify for this discount, the first 3 sessions all need to be taken within 6 weeks of each other.
All sessions are 90-105 minutes long
Pricing: 120 GBP | 150 USD per session

The Deep Dive
After our first three sessions, once you know you want to continue, we find a pace and commitment that works for you.
Working together over a longer period gives us the opportunity to delve deeper into your desires and the challenges that may be arising in a much more profound way.
With each session, we can go a level deeper, unlocking the true potential of your growth and meaningful explorations.
This is what creates integrated, transformational, long-lasting change.

You will receive full session notes after every session with a summary of the work we did, all the key learnings and any important elements of the journey we went on.
These are incredibly helpful to fully integrate the session and can also be amazing reminders to come back to in the future.

Integration of our work into your everyday life is one of the most important parts of what we do.

If we have worked together within 3 weeks, the price is

This is the preferred method for most of my clients to work with me.
We agree to work together on an ongoing monthly basis of 1, 2 or 3 sessions a month, paid monthly.
This can be cancelled anytime with one-month’s notice.
